The Stone Sheep found within the area are considered some of the best there are. While the ultimate remoteness plays a crucial role, our management strategies ensure that we consistently take rams 36-38″ and some over 40″ every year. This outfitter has a long-running reputation for Dark Stone Sheep. Genetically, these are true Stone Sheep, which can be verified by their special coloration which varies from salt and pepper to chocolate and almost black. Their horn configurations can be tipped or broomed, large, heavy, sweeping curls to fancy, impressive, twisty ones.

Description

Hunter will fly into base camp and from there will hike or ride out and spike camp from there. Guides will have knowledge of sheep prior to hunter getting there. Hunter needs to be in good physical shape.
