Description
Being blessed with the special location and remoteness of our Lodge, the Mountain Goat population at this outfitter's location is extremely high and unique. The so called “White Buffalo” makes a stunning trophy and we strive to harvest old Billies, with most specimens in the 9” to 9 1/2” range and take 10″ plus every year. Another (probably even bigger) part of the trophy, is ‘the hair’. As our area lies within the interior of British Columbia, versus the Pacific Coast, fall weather is cooler, which means that our Mountain Goats have thicker, longer hair sooner than those in the coastal ranges.
