Description

With approximately 90,000 acres of private and state land at your disposal, this General Elk hunt will give you a great opportunity at a 240"-320" class bull elk. Typically 70% or better shooting opportunity. When option of deer hunt is added to the trip, mature whitetails and mule deer range throughout the area and are available on an incidental basis. If you are successful with a deer, there will be a fee charged for $1,000. This will be a five-day rifle 2:1 hunt. The areas that will be hunted are easily accessible and not terribly difficult to navigate (in terms of typical elk country), but may range from 5k feet in elevation near the river bottom to over 7k feet in the timbered draws, foothills and mountain parks. (Mule deer can be harvested for a trophy fee)
