Description

Explore an exceptional opportunity to hunt the exotic oryx in New Mexico, a species originally native to Africa's Kalahari Desert. This outfitter is proud to offer high-quality guided oryx hunts on private land in New Mexico. The ranches they lease have been in operation for nearly two decades, and trophy quality continues to improve, with impressive bulls harvested every season. Oryx meat is regarded as some of the best-tasting exotic game in North America, making this hunt both thrilling and rewarding. This 4 day hunt will focus on mature bulls with a target range of 32”-35”, though trophies as larger as 38 inches have been taken. Importantly, these hunts are not "once-in-a-lifetime" tags—you're welcome to return for another hunt each year, providing a repeatable opportunity for one of North America's most sought-after exotic species.

Description

The hunts are conducted on large tracts of private land in central New Mexico. These hunts are unique because they take place outside the White Sands Missile Range, allowing you to hunt free-range oryx in varied terrain. While the oryx can be cautious, the vast hunting grounds and opportunities for longer-range shots offer an exciting challenge. Hunters should be prepared to stretch their shooting skills ahead of time to maximize success.
