Description
Spend 6 days based out of a ranch house with hot showers and great meals. We will strike out each day and search for large old boars in the heart of the Caribou region of British Columbia. Our 600 sq mile area has a vast networks of logging roads, clear cuts, meadows and deactivated trails that create the ideal habitat for hungry spring bears. We use truck and/or atv to access these area. Once bear sign is located things get interesting. Even the track of a large bear and the hunt is on. We have expert houndsman and incredibly well trained hounds that are bred for hunting these large boars. There is nothing more exciting in hunting than sneaking in on a large boar that is bayed by the dogs and trying to get a shot. This method is great for both rifle and bow!
