Description
Hunting Yukon-Alaska moose in northern British Columbia is an unforgettable adventure. These bulls can top 60 inches wide and respond aggressively during the rut. This outfitter targets prime habitat by horseback and jet boat, calling bulls into close range through thick willow and timber. It’s a hunt that demands patience, sharp glassing, and readiness for adrenaline-packed moments. Most bulls taken range from 50 to 60 inches. Hunts run from early September through early October—peak time in wild, remote country.

You’ll wake around 5–6 am, eat a hot breakfast, then ride out with your guide before 9 am. Most of the day is spent glassing from vantage points, calling, and covering ground by horseback or foot. You’ll return to camp around dark for a hearty home-cooked meal.
